Multiple outreach items were designed to increase Accredited Business signups and improve retention. Most Better Business Bureaus have sales and member outreach programs they manage themselves. To make sure their internal and external marketing was up to scratch, several different BBBs have used Vertical Motion’s design services.

Solution
To welcome new Accredited Businesses, Vertical Motion created a welcome kit full of tips and tricks to be sent over multiple days. A detailed media kit was also developed, as well as sales materials to illustrate the benefits of different tiers of BBB membership and their prices.
